How It Works
Setup Process: The operator positions the material in the vice and secures it firmly using the hydraulic clamping.
The cutting parameters including blade speed and feed rate are set according to the material type and thickness requirements.
Cutting Operation: Once cycle start button is pushed it clamps the workpiece in vice and saw blade starts rotating, the hydraulic feed control system automatically lowers the blade at a controlled feed rate,
ensuring consistent pressure and optimal cutting conditions. The high-quality blade moves through the material with precision, while the coolant system maintains optimal temperature and extends blade life.
The machine automatically stops when the cut is complete, and the blade returns to its starting position with and vice declamps automatically. Operator feed the material and starts the cycle again with cycle start push button.
Quality Control: Throughout the cutting process, the machine maintains consistent blade speed and feed rate, ensuring uniform cut quality across all workpieces.
